Lance Eaton
Lance is a dedicated health and performance professional with a passion for helping others move, feel, and live better. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Strength & Human Performance degrees from Parker University in Dallas, Texas, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Rehabilitative Science from the University of Hawaii.
Drawing from his background in both clinical care and human performance, Lance takes a holistic and evidence-based approach to improving movement, strength, and overall well-being. He emphasizes the importance of functional movement, injury prevention, and sustainable performance strategies to help individuals reach their full potential.
Outside of his professional work, Lance enjoys spending time with his wife, Danielle, and their golden retriever, Ellie. Together, they stay active through pickleball, biking, workouts, beach days, and their local kickball league.
